Sound familiar?

You've tried the quick fixes. The pain keeps coming back.

These are the stories we hear every week at our Langley clinic.

Lower back

The driver's-seat shuffle

You keep sliding forward and back, trying to find the one position where your lower back stops aching.

Neck

The growing pillow collection

New pillow after new pillow, yet you still wake up with neck pain that sometimes runs down your arm.

Neck & back

"Can you rub my neck?" every night

A massage at home eases it for the evening. Tomorrow, the same tightness is waiting for you.

Shoulder

That sharp pain that never fully goes

Reaching, lifting or training still hurts. It settles for a while, then flares up again.

Knee

"I left my phone in the kitchen…"

On your feet all day, you finally sit down, and your knees are too sore to get back up.

Pregnancy & postpartum

Carrying more, sleeping less

By evening your lower back and hips ache, and getting up off the couch takes a little planning. After the baby, your core just doesn't feel the same.

Here's the truth: new chairs, pillows, stretches and quick massages only ease the symptom. The pain keeps coming back because the cause was never assessed. That's the first thing we do.

How we fix it

The right treatment for your kind of pain.

After your assessment, your physiotherapist combines the therapies that suit your problem, all under one roof in Langley.

Questions

Good to know before you book.

What happens after I fill in the form?
Our Langley team calls you from (778) 652-3055, answers any questions, checks your benefits if you'd like, and books a time that works for you. No obligation.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral for reimbursement, and we'll tell you if yours does.
Will my insurance cover it?
Most extended health plans cover physiotherapy, massage therapy and osteopathy. We bill most insurers directly (Manulife, Blue Cross and more) and are a registered provider for ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims.
Which treatment will I get?
That depends on what your assessment finds. Your physiotherapist may combine hands-on care with osteopathy, shockwave, massage, acupuncture or active rehab, whatever suits your problem best.
Do these treatments hurt?
They're designed to be comfortable. Your therapist works within your comfort level, settings for shockwave are always adjusted to you, and you can ask to change them at any time.
